nurtstar Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement," "Terms," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and nurtstar (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at nurtstar.club (the "Website" or "Platform").

nurtstar is operated under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government agency of the Republic of the Philippines responsible for regulating and licensing gambling operations within Philippine jurisdiction. All gaming activities conducted through nurtstar are subject to PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and licensing conditions in addition to these Terms.

By completing the registration process, logging in to your nurtstar account, making any deposit, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing or using any feature of the Platform, you irrevocably accept and agree to these Terms in full, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

nurtstar reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

To be eligible to use nurtstar, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted;
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of nurtstar or any affiliated entity;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or banned from nurtstar or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in real-money gaming inadvisable.

nurtstar employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all registered accounts. Verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document such as a UMID card, driver's license, passport, SSS card, PRC ID, or PhilHealth ID. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 21 or older will not be activated for real-money gameplay and will be denied withdrawal processing.

nurtstar reserves the right to conduct additional age and identity verification at any time, including upon processing withdrawal requests. Provision of false, misleading, or altered identification documents constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all account balances, in addition to any legal remedies available under Philippine law.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) nurtstar account. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are discovered, nurtstar reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets placed, and confiscate any balances and bonuses accumulated across all accounts.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and truthful information during the registration process and to update such information promptly whenever it changes. nurtstar will rely on the information you provide for all account communications, financial transactions, and identity verification. Any account found to contain false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nurtstar login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify nurtstar immediately at [email protected] upon discovery of any unauthorized access to your account. nurtstar will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to nurtstar.

nurtstar's staff and support team will never ask you for your account password under any circumstances. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to nurtstar immediately.

You may request closure of your nurtstar account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending balances subject to active wagering requirements or incomplete withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard procedures prior to account closure. nurtstar reserves the right to terminate any account at its discretion, with or without cause, subject to the settlement of any legitimate pending financial obligations.

nurtstar supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱):

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible;
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn;
• nurtstar reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals are processed during operational hours and may be subject to anti-money laundering (AML) review for large transactions.

nurtstar offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral programs (collectively "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer, which supplement and take precedence over these General Terms in matters specific to that Promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and older only;
• Each Promotion specifies its own wagering requirement (commonly expressed as a multiplier, e.g., "30x"), which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements must typically be fulfilled within the timeframe stated in the Promotion terms; uncompleted requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual Promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion;
• nurtstar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time, subject to honoring commitments already made to eligible Players;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors in connection with Promotions will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account termination.

All games available on nurtstar operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general gameplay conditions apply across the Platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the system; bets cannot be altered or cancelled after confirmation;
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, nurtstar will apply its standard recovery procedures to determine the outcome and settle bets fairly;
• Where a game round cannot be resolved due to technical error, nurtstar reserves the right to void all bets placed in that round and refund the wagered amounts to the Players' accounts;
• The results of all Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games are determined by certified software and are statistically independent of previous results;
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by licensed dealers on camera; any dispute regarding live dealer outcomes will be resolved by reviewing the recorded stream of the relevant round;
• nurtstar reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or software malfunction that produced incorrect odds or game conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nurtstar and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments; provision of false identity documents; impersonation of another person;
• Money Laundering: Use of nurtstar for any transaction intended to conceal the origin, nature, or destination of funds derived from illegal activities, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160, as amended);
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics in bad faith;
• Hacking & Cheating: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any software, algorithm, or system component of nurtstar;
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorization;
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to nurtstar by any person under the age of 21; registering on behalf of a minor.

nurtstar is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. The Company recognizes that gambling, while an entertainment activity for most Players, can be harmful to a minority of individuals who develop problematic gambling behaviors.

The following tools are available to all registered nurtstar Players in account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits and 7 days for weekly and monthly limits;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at defined intervals reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net win/loss position for the current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from nurtstar. During any active self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager on the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

nurtstar strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Account holders must not share their login credentials with or otherwise allow access by minors. nurtstar encourages parents and guardians to use internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

All content, design elements, software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, and other materials on the nurtstar Platform (collectively "Content") are the exclusive property of nurtstar or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293).

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, nurtstar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, store, or transmit any Content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from nurtstar.

The nurtstar name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of nurtstar. Unauthorized use of any nurtstar trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nurtstar, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

nurtstar's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nurtstar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nurtstar makes no representations regarding the suitability, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose.

nurtstar collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nurtstar complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including AML obligations), customer support, and where you have consented, marketing communications. You may exercise your rights under RA 10173, including the right of access, correction, and deletion, by contacting nurtstar's Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

nurtstar will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by law, with identity verification service providers for KYC purposes, and with licensed payment processors to facilitate financial transactions.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, complaint, or grievance relating to your use of nurtstar, you agree to the following escalation process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected], including your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence. nurtstar will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours;
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: nurtstar will conduct an internal review of the dispute and provide a written response within 14 business days;
3. Step 3 — Escalation to PAGCOR: If you are not satisfied with nurtstar's response, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR through the regulator's official complaints procedure;
4. Step 4 — Legal Proceedings: In the event the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and nurtstar with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Platform.
